If Something’s Wrong

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. I’ll gladly issue a refund or replacement — just send an email with your order number and a photo of the issue.

If You Changed Your Mind (or the Scent Isn’t Quite Right)

I totally understand that sometimes a scent just doesn’t work for you. While I don’t offer refunds for change of mind or scent preferences, I’m more than happy to offer an exchange or store credit.

Please note:

  • Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
